Women’s Circle

A monthly gathering for women to slow down, share and be heard in a safe, unhurried space.

Length: 75 mins, once a month on a Friday evening
Pricing: £10 per circle
Venues: 1

Each circle begins with a short settling meditation to help you arrive fully, followed by an opportunity to share in a safe and non-judgmental environment. There is no pressure to speak; you are always welcome to simply listen and receive.

We explore the practice of holding space for one another with presence, compassion, and respect, allowing each woman to be seen and heard just as she is.

The circle continues with a guided heart meditation, helping you soften, open, and reconnect with your inner quiet. There may also be additional practices or reflections to deepen the experience, depending on the energy of the group.

Light snacks are provided, creating a relaxed and nourishing atmosphere to gently close the evening.

What to expect

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before 7pm and bring a travel mug with your favourite tea. Choose a cushion or chair in the circle. The evening begins at 7pm with a guided settling meditation. Ania introduces the evening’s theme and the talking-piece moves slowly around the room: you may speak for as long as you need, or pass without explanation. We close with a second meditation. The evening ends at 8:15pm.

FAQs

Questions about Women’s Circle

Is the circle a therapy group?

No. The circle is a listening space, not a therapy group. Ania holds it carefully but does not offer interpretation, advice or psychological intervention. For many women that is exactly the relief they need; for others, professional therapy may be a better complement.

Do I have to share?

No. Passing is an honoured choice. Many women come for months before speaking, and their presence is no less valued for that.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. Every evening opens with that agreement.

Who usually attends?

Women of all ages, though most are between 40 and 70. Some come monthly for years; some drop in occasionally; some come once and find it wasn’t their thing. All are welcome.

How do I book?

Circles fill quickly, usually a month in advance. Get in touch to be added to the booking list and you’ll hear about each circle as it opens.
