Yoga & therapies in Honingham
Honingham is the home of Ania’s therapy work and her one-to-one yoga sessions. All hands-on treatments, Craniosacral, Classic Massage, Clinical Massage and Lomi Lomi Nui, are held at ProActive Therapies, a warm, well-equipped clinic in the village. Therapeutic Yoga is held at Honingham Village Hall. The village is a short drive west of Norwich, just off the A47, and parking is free at both venues.
Honingham is a small Norfolk village twelve to fifteen minutes west of Norwich, set just off the A47. For Blossom Yoga it is the home of two quite different kinds of work: the hands-on therapies, held at ProActive Therapies, and the Therapeutic Yoga class, held at Honingham Village Hall.
ProActive Therapies is the clinic where Ania holds all Craniosacral, Classic Massage, Clinical Massage and Lomi Lomi Nui sessions, as well as in-person One-to-One Yoga. It is a purpose-built space with warm, private treatment rooms, good acoustics and the quiet, unrushed atmosphere that makes therapy work possible. The clinic shares space with a small number of other experienced practitioners, sports therapists, acupuncturists, which means if Ania’s work isn’t the right fit for what you’re dealing with, there is often someone next door who is.
Honingham Village Hall, just a stone’s throw away, is the home of the Therapeutic Yoga class. The hall is well-maintained, bright and warm, with a particularly good sprung wooden floor and generous space around each mat.
The drive from Norwich is quick, straight out on the A47, off at the Honingham exit, into the village. Parking is free at both venues and neither gets busy for classes or appointments. If the car park is full, there is street parking on The Street or at The Honingham Buck next door. Students and clients come in from the Tuddenhams, Hockering, Colton, Dereham, and the western Norwich suburbs, Costessey, Hellesdon and beyond.

A local tip from Ania
Two places worth building your visit around. The Honingham Buck next door is a proper destination pub, twice voted Best Destination Pub in Norfolk by Muddy Stilettos (2022 and 2025), with Lacons ales, good seasonal food and a sunny terrace. A ten-minute drive towards the A47 brings you to The Goat Shed, a family farm that has grown into one of the best farm shops in Norfolk: a butcher, bakery, cafe, and award-winning cheeses, including their Wensum White goats’ milk brie. A morning appointment followed by The Goat Shed Kitchen for lunch is a combination many clients plan in advance.

Voices from Honingham
"The craniosacral work with Ania has quietly changed my sleep, my jaw tension, my shoulders. I can’t explain exactly how it works but I know I leave different to how I arrived."
