Last updated: May 2026
Booking
All classes, appointments and events are booked and paid for online in advance at book.blossom.yoga. Walk-in bookings are not available.
Cancellation: classes and one-to-one appointments
Cancellation by you
You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be refunded.
Cancellation by Blossom Yoga
If Ania cancels a class or appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Cancellation: retreats and day events
Retreats and day events involve significant preparation and advance venue commitment. The following terms apply.
Booking
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Of the total fee, 50% (calculated before any discounts) is a non-refundable deposit covering administrative and venue costs. This applies regardless of when a cancellation occurs.
Cancellation by you
- More than 60 days' notice: you are entitled to a refund of the full amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit. Alternatively, you may choose, on one occasion, to transfer the full amount towards a future retreat or day event.
- Less than 60 days' notice: no refund will be issued. You may, however, transfer your place to a nominated person of your choice. Blossom Yoga must be notified of any such transfer immediately.
Cancellation by Blossom Yoga
If a retreat or day event is cancelled by Blossom Yoga for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the non-refundable portion, or the option to transfer your booking to a future event.
UK consumer rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, bookings for leisure activities scheduled on specific dates are not subject to the standard 14-day cooling-off period. The cancellation terms above apply from the point of booking confirmation.
Conduct: yoga classes
Blossom Yoga classes are welcoming and inclusive. To keep them that way for everyone:
- Please arrive on time. Once a class has begun, late arrivals may not be admitted.
- Respect the personal space of others and help maintain a quiet environment during practice.
- Show consideration towards fellow participants and the teacher throughout.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the class without refund. Future attendance may be declined at Ania's discretion.
Conduct: treatments
Before your appointment
For massage, craniosacral and one-to-one therapy bookings, Ania will send a confidential health questionnaire before your appointment. Please complete it before you arrive so the session can be planned safely around your individual needs.
Timing
Your booked appointment time includes any time needed to settle in and dress afterwards. If you arrive late, the treatment will be shortened accordingly so that the schedule for other clients is not affected.
Professional standards
All treatments are carried out by a fully qualified, insured therapist. You are always modestly covered during treatment.
Any inappropriate behaviour, including sexual references or misconduct of any kind, will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund. Future bookings will not be accepted.
Questions
If you have a question about any of these policies, please get in touch before booking.
