Classic Massage
A full-body relaxation massage, warm, unhurried, and genuinely restorative.
Classic Massage at Blossom Yoga is the kind of treatment the phrase is meant to describe: full-body, unhurried, warmed oil, a very good practitioner with two decades of experience. It is not a budget chain massage and not a deep-tissue ordeal. It sits deliberately in the middle ground, firm enough to reach into tight muscles, gentle enough to leave you in the deep rest your nervous system has been asking for.
The session begins with a short intake: what are you carrying in, where do you hold tension, is there anywhere Ania should leave alone? The treatment moves through the back, shoulders, arms, legs and neck, using long, flowing strokes and targeted work where needed. Pressure is checked throughout and adjusted to what your body actually wants, lighter on an overworked week, firmer on a desk-day morning.
The room is warm and low-lit, the oil is high quality and unscented (scented is available on request), and the pace is unhurried. Most people drift in and out of sleep. At the end you are left quietly to come back into the room before a glass of water and a slow re-entry into the afternoon.
For many of my regular clients, Classic Massage is a monthly anchor, something reliable in the calendar that makes the rest of the month easier. For others it is occasional; an hour of good treatment when life has been particularly loud. For first-timers who find deep-tissue or sports massage too intense, Classic is often the gateway to a longer relationship with bodywork.

What to expect
Short intake conversation. Undress to underwear, lie beneath a warmed sheet on the treatment couch. Ania works through back, legs, arms and neck using long flowing strokes with warmed oil, checking pressure along the way. Most clients drift near sleep. At the end, a few minutes lying quietly, a glass of water, and out into the afternoon.

On Classic Massage
"I have been coming to Ania every month for nearly three years now. It is the thing I book before anything else, not a luxury, a necessity. She reads what you need without you having to say much and the room is always quiet and warm."
"I was gift voucher from my daughter. I was little bit nervous because I never had professional massage before. But Ania made me feel very comfortable and she explained everything. The massage was very relaxing. I think I will come back by myself next time."
"Came in with a stiff neck and left without one. Booked again before I got home."
